All businesses must register if they are not:
- A freelancer
- A sole proprietor (sole trader)
- A small-scale proprietorship
German filings are very similar to the UK, however there are some filings in the UK that are not filed in Germany, so for German companies we do not have coverage on:
- Charges & mortgages
- Persons with significant control
