Introducing CRM Data Import: Bringing Your CRM Insight Into Beauhurst
Many of our users have told us the same thing: their CRM contains essential context—client classifications, engagement history, cohorts, lifecycle stages—but that information rarely connects smoothly to the tools they rely on for research and analysis. The result is duplicated work, outdated lists and missed opportunities.
To solve this, we’ve introduced CRM Data Import, a new capability that allows you to bring your own CRM fields directly into Beauhurst. It marks an important step toward making Beauhurst the single place where your internal knowledge and external insights come together.
Why we built it
Our existing integrations with HubSpot and Salesforce already enrich CRM records with Beauhurst’s data. But our users need the connection to work both ways; they want to use their CRM classifications inside Beauhurst’s search, build client lists that update automatically and reduce reliance on spreadsheets.
CRM Data Import now enables this. You can bring up to five CRM fields—such as lifecycle stage, cohort, product type or last contacted date—into Beauhurst. These appear across Advanced Search, Collections, results tables and company profiles.
How it works
You simply select which CRM fields you want to import within Integration Settings. Beauhurst then matches them to company records using the website. From that point, your CRM data syncs automatically and becomes available throughout the platform.
How different teams benefit
Business development
BD teams often need to cross-check prospects in Beauhurst against CRM data. With CRM Data Import, they can filter searches by lifecycle stage or last contacted date, exclude existing clients and prioritise outreach more efficiently.
Client success and account management
Impact teams and accelerators
Investors and corporate innovation
Internal classifications—deal stages, target themes, engagement status—can be imported and layered onto Beauhurst searches and watchlists, giving teams a clearer picture of where to focus.
Banks and lenders
Risk ratings and engagement history are frequently stored only in the CRM. When combined with Beauhurst’s company intelligence, they create more informed monitoring lists and a better view of emerging risks or opportunities.
Beauhurst's CRM data import
CRM Data Import reduces friction across every stage of finding, understanding and monitoring companies. It removes the need for manual imports, cuts down on tool-switching and keeps lists and client segments up to date automatically. Most importantly, it brings your organisation’s proprietary insight into the same place you already use Beauhurst’s data.
CRM Data Import is available now for HubSpot and Salesforce users in Integration Settings. If your organisation relies on a CRM and Beauhurst side by side, this update is designed to bring those workflows together.
